What is Thicket?

Thicket is project management software for teams that want one tool for tasks, documents, forms, timesheets, PTO tracking, and team messaging. It costs $49/mo flat with unlimited users. No per-seat fees.

Who is Thicket built for?

Small and mid-size teams that are tired of paying per user or juggling multiple tools. Restaurants, construction companies, agencies, startups, and any team that needs project management plus employee management in one place.

How is Thicket different from Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp?

Pricing and scope. Asana, Monday.com, and ClickUp all charge per user, which gets expensive as your team grows. A 25-person team on Asana Business costs $275/mo. On Thicket, it costs $49/mo. Thicket also includes built-in forms, timesheets, and PTO management that other PM tools don't offer natively.

Pricing

How much does Thicket cost?

Thicket has two plans. The Free plan includes 3 projects, 5 team members, and 1GB storage. The Pro plan is $49/month and includes unlimited projects, unlimited team members, and 50GB storage. No per-user fees on either plan.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 3 projects, 5 team members, and 1GB of storage. No credit card required to sign up. You can upgrade to Pro whenever you need more.

Is there a free trial of the Pro plan?

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of Pro. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe or drop to the Free plan without losing your data.

Do you charge per user?

No. Both plans have a fixed number of seats or unlimited seats. The Pro plan is $49/mo no matter how many people you add. A team of 5 and a team of 500 pay the same price.

Features

Can I track employee time in Thicket?

Yes. Thicket has built-in time tracking. Team members log their hours against tasks or projects. Managers review and approve timesheets. You can export timesheet data for payroll.

Can I manage PTO and time-off requests?

Yes. Employees submit PTO requests through Thicket. Managers approve or deny them. You can see who is out on any given day and track remaining balances.

Can I create custom forms?

Yes. Build forms for onboarding, safety checklists, incident reports, PTO requests, or anything else. Team members fill them out on their phone or computer. Submissions are stored and searchable.

Does Thicket have Gantt charts or timelines?

Yes. You can view projects as a timeline (Gantt-style) to see task dependencies, due dates, and progress at a glance.

Can I invite clients or external collaborators?

Yes. You can invite external users with limited permissions. They see only the projects you share with them, not your internal work.

Mobile and Access

Is Thicket mobile-friendly?

Yes. Thicket works in any mobile browser. Your team can manage tasks, fill out forms, log hours, and request PTO from their phone. There is no separate app to install.

Can I invite my whole team?

Yes. On the Pro plan, you can add unlimited team members. Invite them by email and they can start using Thicket immediately. No setup fees, no per-seat costs.

Security and Data

Is my data secure?

Yes. Thicket uses encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your data is stored in secure European data centers. We use row-level security in our database so each organization's data is fully isolated. Even in the event of an application vulnerability, one organization cannot access another's data.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export timesheets as CSV. We are building broader export options for projects, tasks, and forms. You always own your data.

What integrations does Thicket support?

Thicket currently integrates with Google and Microsoft for single sign-on, and Stripe for billing. More integrations are on the roadmap. If there is a specific integration you need, reach out to our support team.
