Is it really one flat price for the whole organization?
Yes. Every plan is one flat price for your entire organization. Starter is $25/month for up to 20 people, clients included, and Pro is $49/month for unlimited people. Nobody is charged per user, so a contractor or a client can join a project without adding a seat to the bill.
Who can buy a paid plan?
Paid plans are organization subscriptions for business and team use. An organization owner buys one plan for the whole organization, clients included. Thicket has no consumer, personal, per-user, or family plans.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter includes up to 3 active projects, 20 people (clients included), and 10 GB of storage. Pro removes the limits: unlimited projects, unlimited people, and 50 GB. Every tool is included on both plans, and archived projects never count toward the active limit.
What happens when my trial ends?
Every new organization created on thickethq.com starts with a 30-day Pro trial. When it ends you can continue on Free (1 project, 20 people, clients included), pick Starter, or keep Pro. Your data stays safe either way.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pro is $468/year instead of $588, which works out to $39/month. Starter is $240/year, which works out to $20/month. Both save about 20%.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you want from billing settings. It is self-serve, so there is no one to call, no retention offer to sit through, and no long-term contract. You keep paid-plan access until the end of your billing period. Before you leave, an account owner can download organization data as JSON from Admin. Uploaded file binaries are not included in that download.
Do you have discounts for education or nonprofits?
