Is it really one flat price for the whole organization?
Yes. Every plan is one flat price for your entire organization. Starter is $25/month for up to 20 people, clients included, and Pro is $49/month for unlimited people. Nobody pays per user, so a contractor or a client can join a project without adding a seat to the bill.
Who can buy a paid plan?
Paid plans are organization subscriptions for business and team use. An organization owner buys one plan for the whole organization, clients included. Thicket has no consumer, personal, per-user, or family plans.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter includes up to 3 active projects, 20 people (clients included), and 10 GB of storage. Pro includes unlimited projects, unlimited people, and 50 GB of storage. Every tool is included on both plans, and archived projects never count toward the active limit.
What happens when my trial ends?
Every new organization created on thickethq.com starts with a 30-day Pro trial. If you do not subscribe, it moves to Free (1 active project, 20 people, clients included). If you have more than 1 active project, everything stays editable for 7 days; after that, new work pauses until an owner or admin chooses which project to keep active, or an owner subscribes to a plan that covers those projects. Nothing is deleted. If you subscribe during the trial, your chosen plan starts billing when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pro is $468/year instead of $588, which works out to $39/month. Starter is $240/year, which works out to $20/month. Both save about 20%.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel whenever you want from billing settings. It is self-serve, so there is no one to call, no retention offer to sit through, and no long-term contract. You keep paid-plan access until the end of your billing period.
Do you have discounts for education or nonprofits?
Yes. Thicket is free for teachers and students using it for classroom work, and registered 501(c)(3) and CRA charities get 10% off any plan, forever. A person verifies every application. See who qualifies and apply.
