Is it really $49/month total, not per user?

Yes. $49/month total for your whole team. Add 5 people or 50 people - same price. We never charge per user because we want you to include everyone without worrying about the bill.

What counts as a project in Thicket?

A project is any workspace where you organize tasks, documents, and discussions. On the free plan, you can have 3 active projects. Archive projects you're not working on - archived projects don't count toward your limit.

Can I invite clients to my Thicket projects?

Yes. On Pro, invite unlimited clients and guests. They get their own login and can view/comment on what you share. No extra charge.

What happens when my Thicket trial ends?

After your 14-day trial, you can continue with Free (limited to 3 projects, 5 members) or upgrade to Pro. Your data stays safe either way.

Can I cancel my Thicket subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel whenever you want. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

Does Thicket offer refunds?

If you're unhappy within the first 30 days, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
