Organizing a benefit dinner and auction
A charity gala needs sponsors, auction lots, volunteers and a venue, and all of them must be ready on one evening. Here the benefit is one project: sponsors on a board, four lists on the progress chart, venue and auction photos, and the dates on a calendar.
Linden Community Music School keeps photos of the venue walkthrough and the auction lots in two Docs & Files grids, posts sponsor, auction and floor plan news on the , and moves each sponsor from the first ask to payment on Boards. The team tracks the auction, the program, sponsors and the venue as four lists in To-dos, and the Calendar holds the volunteer briefing, the rehearsal and the benefit itself.
