Preparing a church for Holy Week and Easter
Holy Week brings a church's busiest services into eight days, each with its own order of service, music, readers and setup. This project holds four to-do lists for the services, the volunteer jobs on a board, choir and brass photos, the week's dates and the staff chat.
Bethany Lutheran Church posts the week's plan and the organ news on the and keeps a list for each part of the week in To-dos, each a dot on the progress chart. Rehearsal photos sit in a Docs & Files grid, volunteer jobs move from needing people to filled on Boards, the Calendar holds the services and rehearsals, and the staff sort out each day in Chat.
