Running a holiday food drive
A holiday food drive has to gather enough food, volunteers and drivers for every family on the list by one pickup day. This project holds every item in the box on a board, households and volunteers on the progress chart, sort-day photos, and collection and pickup dates.
Linwood Islamic Center keeps photos of its sort days in Docs & Files, follows every item in the box from a source to the hall on Boards, and tracks volunteers, partner drives, households and packing day as four lists in To-dos, each a dot on the progress chart. Sign-ups and the turkey order go on the , sort mornings run in Chat, and the Calendar holds the collection days, packing day and pickup day.

Easter weekend planning
Holy Week brings a church's busiest services into eight days, each with its own order of service, music, readers and setup. This project holds four to-do lists for the services, the volunteer jobs on a board, choir and brass photos, the week's dates and the staff chat.
