Finishing a hotel renovation before the first guests arrive
A hotel renovation has to finish every room, pass its inspections and hire its staff before the first guests can check in. This project holds a card for each of the 24 rooms, photos of finished rooms and the courtyard, four to-do lists and the crew's chat.
The Ocotillo Court team posts each delay and decision on the and splits the work into four lists in To-dos: the two wings of rooms, the pool and courtyard, and opening. Photos of the finished rooms and the courtyard sit in two Docs & Files grids, each of the 24 rooms moves from plaster to done on Boards, and the owner, the builder and the staff sort out each day's deliveries in Chat.
