Adding stations and e-bikes to a bike share
Every new bike share station needs a site, a permit, a concrete pad and power before anyone can ride from it. Here the expansion is one project: each station on a board, lists for e-bikes and launch day, install photos and a daily crew check-in.
Corwin Bike Share moves each of its 20 new stations from permit to live on Boards and posts every opening and the news about the campus license on the . To-dos holds the campus stations, the town stations, the e-bikes and launch day, three of them on the progress chart. Install photos sit in Docs & Files, the concrete pour, the e-bike delivery and the trustees' vote are on the Calendar, and the field crew answers one daily question in Check-ins: what did you swap, fix or move today?
