Growing a business into a bigger space

Taking on more space means building work, new equipment and an opening date, all while the business stays open. Here the expansion is one project: the building work, the new rooms and the lease, deliveries and inspections, and photos of the new space.

The No. 43 expansion project in Thicket over a photograph of frame corner samples on a shop wall: the health flag reading On track, the project dates and seven people, then six cards: the Message Board with the late wall cutter on top, To-dos with four lists on the progress chart, Site photos as nine photographs of the unit next door during the building work, the Building work board with cards in To price, Booked and In progress, the Calendar with the electrician next, and Frame range as nine photographs of the new oak, walnut and gilded frames.

Esposito Frame & Print posts the keys, the new doorway and a late delivery on the Message Board and keeps the workroom, the print room, the gallery wall and the lease as four lists in To-dos, each a dot on the progress chart. Photos of the unit next door and the new frames fill two Docs & Files grids, the building work moves across Boards, and the Calendar holds the electrician, the inspection and opening night.
