Organizing a two-day food festival on a closed street
A street food festival needs every vendor permitted, every booth placed and every volunteer shift filled before the street closes. This project holds photos of the vendor tasting, the volunteers' tamale-making day and last year's festival, four to-do lists and both festival days on the calendar.
The Front Street Tamale Festival's committee keeps photos of its vendor tasting, its volunteers' tamale-making day and last year's festival in three Docs & Files grids. The street, the vendors, the volunteers and the stage are four lists in To-dos on the progress chart. The carries the plan, the vendors' requests and the fire marshal's spacing rule, and the Calendar holds the committee vote, the second tamale-making day and both festival days.
