Booking author visits for a bookstore

An author visit needs a school date, books ordered and signed in time, and chairs for the evening at the shop. This project holds each school visit on a board, the visit dates, lists for books, evenings and schools, and photos of the shop and the visits.

The Author School Visits project in Thicket over a photograph of a children's bookstore at dusk: the health flag reading Some risk, the project dates and five people, then six cards: The shop as nine photographs of the bookstore inside an old pharmacy, the Message Board with the late paperback on top, the School visits board with cards from Date set to Books in, the Calendar with the coming visits and evenings, To-dos with three lists on the progress chart, and Visit days as nine photographs of an illustrator drawing for schoolchildren.

Paper Kite Books keeps each school visit on Boards and every assembly and evening on the Calendar. To-dos hold the book orders, the evenings at the shop and the schools' paperwork, the Message Board carries the visit news, and two Docs & Files grids show the shop and the visit days.
