Planning a concert tour for a youth orchestra
A youth orchestra tour takes dozens of teenagers and their instruments through flights, buses and unfamiliar halls, and every family needs the same dates. This project holds the program, rehearsal photos, scores and parts, travel and family to-dos, the coaches' weekly notes and the concert dates.
Kern River Youth Symphony keeps photos from its last run-through in a Docs & Files grid and splits the tour into four lists in To-dos, each a dot on the progress chart. The tour plan, the program and the halls' replies are on the , and the scores and parts sit in a second Docs & Files. Each coach answers a weekly question about their sectional in Check-ins, and the Calendar holds the rehearsals, the flight and four concerts.
