Getting a new product to launch day
A product launch has one fixed date and a long list of work that must be finished before it. Here the whole launch is one project: the photography, the packaging, the store orders and the launch-week to-dos, each showing what is done and what is still open.
Ostra posts its launch plan and each week's news on the and tracks the product, the store rollout and launch week as three lists in To-dos, each a dot on the progress chart. Studio and at-home photography sit in two Docs & Files grids, and the launch artwork moves from brief to done on Boards.
