Delivering creative work to a client
Client work moves in rounds: the studio shows a draft, the client asks for changes, and the next round starts from what was approved. Here one client's job is one project: the client's notes, a to-do list per film, the approved cuts and photos of the sets.
Inkline Studio posts the plan and each round of Brookvale Regional Transit's notes on the and keeps the films in progress as four lists in To-dos, each a dot on the progress chart. Photos of the paper sets and of the client's buses fill two Docs & Files grids, the scripts and approved cuts sit in a third Docs & Files, and the animators talk through the day's shooting in Chat.
