Taking a new dance from studio to stage
A dance premiere has one opening night, and the music, costumes, shoes, floor and lighting all have to be ready for it. Here the premiere is one project: studio and costume shop photos, the costume board, the rehearsal calendar and lists for music, costumes, light and opening night.
Alcalá Flamenco posts each change to the piece on the and keeps the music, the costumes and shoes, the floor and lights, and opening night as four lists in To-dos, three of them on the progress chart. Rehearsal and costume shop photos sit in two Docs & Files grids, every costume moves from cutting to done on Boards, and the Calendar holds the runs, the costume parade, tech week and both performances.
