Planning a farmers market season

Before a farmers market opens, every vendor needs a table, the right licenses and a time to load in. This project holds the new vendors on a board, opening day and the walk-through on the calendar, vendor photos, the handbook and insurance certificates, and four to-do lists.

The Armory Market Season project in Thicket over a photograph of a brick armory drill hall with rows of empty market tables: the health flag reading On track, the season's dates and five people, then six cards: the Calendar with the vendor walk-through next, Vendor photos as nine photographs of vendors' goods on one oak table, the New vendors board with cards in Applied, Farm or kitchen visit, Paperwork and Table assigned, To-dos with three lists on the progress chart, Market docs with the floor plan, the heater quote and the load-in schedule, and the Message Board with the failed heaters on top.

Armory Market keeps the vendor walk-through, the heater install and opening day on the Calendar and photographs its vendors' goods for its posts in Docs & Files. New vendors move from application to ready on Boards, and To-dos cover opening day, the hall, Kids' Market Bucks and the volunteers. The handbook, the floor plan and the insurance certificates are in a second Docs & Files, and the plan and the heater news are on the Message Board.
