Testing, pricing and serving a new café menu
A new menu means recipes to test and price, equipment to pass inspection and staff to train before the first customer orders. This project holds the plate tests, each dish on a board from testing to training, the launch to-dos and photos of the practice mornings.
Sampaguita Coffee posts its plan, supplier news and notes from each practice morning on the . Plate tests and photos of the first practice breakfast sit in two Docs & Files grids, and every dish moves from testing to costing to training on Boards. Launch week, the counter and the kitchen are three lists in To-dos on the progress chart, and the Calendar holds the second practice, the tasting for regulars and the first 7am breakfast.
