Catering a season of holiday parties
A caterer's holiday season puts dozens of parties into a few weeks, each with its own guest count, menu and delivery time. Here the season is one project: the parties on a board, photos of each dish, the kitchen, staff, rental and sweets lists, and the calendar.
Khoury Family Catering moves each party from the first inquiry to done on Boards, with photos of every dish for the menu sheet in a Docs & Files grid. The team posts news from the kitchen on the , splits the kitchen, staff, rentals and sweets into four lists in To-dos, keeps tastings, pickups and the cooler repair on the Calendar and talks through each day in Chat.
