Adding two classrooms and a science lab
When a school adds classrooms, the building work, the orders and the move have to be finished by one date while classes go on next door. This project holds photos of the new rooms, every order on a board, three to-do lists and the inspection dates.
Union Flat School keeps photos of the new rooms in Docs & Files and moves every order from request to delivery on Boards. The two rooms, the science lab and move day are three lists in To-dos. Building news goes on the , the Calendar holds the inspections and the open house, and the staff post the day's changes in Chat.
