Harvesting grapes for sparkling wine
At harvest each block is picked the day its grapes are ready, and a rain forecast can move that day. This project holds each block on a board from sampling to tank, the pick calendar, photos of the rows and the press house, and three to-do lists.
Vanderploeg Cellars keeps photos of the picking in one Docs & Files grid and of the press house in another. The Calendar holds each pick, and every block moves from sampling to tank on Boards. Rain and ripeness news goes on the , and the picking, the cellar and the club release are three lists in To-dos.
