Building a new website for a client

A new website means rewriting pages, reviewing them with the client and building new features, all before one launch date. Here the rebuild is one project: design decisions, a photo shoot, every page on a board, feature to-do lists and the client calls.

The Marten River Land Trust Website project in Thicket over a picture of an autumn meadow and a stone wall: the health flag reading On track, the project dates and six people, then eight cards: the Message Board with the late trail data on top, Look and feel as nine close photographs of lichen, birch bark, a trail post and paper swatches, the Pages board with pages in Wireframe, Design, Build and Trust review, Gilman Ledge shoot as nine photographs of one preserve with hikers, a birder and a trail crew, Docs & Files with the donation form copy, the map data notes and the preserve facts sheet, To-dos with four lists on the progress chart and the trail maps' open to-dos, Chat with the studio's latest lines, and Calls and deadlines with the next weekly call with the trust, and three External links.

Halyard Studio posts its design decisions for the Marten River Land Trust on the Message Board, keeps its look and feel references and a preserve photo shoot in two Docs & Files grids, and moves every page from wireframe to done on Boards. To-dos cover the trail maps, donations, volunteer sign-ups and accessibility, the Calendar holds the weekly calls with the trust, and quick questions go in Chat.
