Opening a sewing and repair room in a library
A library makerspace needs its machines serviced, its staff trained and its volunteers scheduled before the room opens to the public. This project holds the donated machines on a board, photos of the room and a fix-it night, four to-do lists and the training and opening dates.
The Vrooman Free Library posts the plan, the community's offers and the electrician's delay on the and keeps photos of the Mending Room and its first fix-it night in two Docs & Files grids. Each donated sewing machine moves from pickup to the room on Boards, the Calendar holds staff training and opening day, and To-dos cover the room, the classes, the volunteers and opening day.
