Producing a show on an outdoor stage
An outdoor show has rehearsals, costumes and lights to finish, and its site has to pass inspection before the first audience arrives. This project holds rehearsal, wardrobe and venue photos, lists for the site, music, costumes and front of house, and the dates to opening night.
Bedford Community Opera posts the plan, the costume news and the fire marshal's request on the and keeps the site, the music, the costumes and front of house as four lists in To-dos, each a dot on the progress chart. Photos of the quarry, the rehearsal hall and the wardrobe room sit in three Docs & Files grids, and the Calendar holds the first night in the quarry, the costume parade, the walk-through and opening night.
