Reaching a school's fundraising goal

A school fundraiser depends on parents, teachers and local businesses, each giving what time or money they can spare. Here the fundraiser is one project: sponsors on a board, run, plant sale and greenhouse lists, three photo grids and the volunteers' chat.

The Greenhouse Fun Run and Plant Sale project in Thicket over a photograph of a school running track at sunrise: the health flag reading On track, the project dates and six people, then nine cards: the Message Board with the question about the shirt logos on top, To-dos with three lists on the progress chart, Seedlings as nine photographs of plant starts under grow lights in a classroom, the Sponsors board with cards in Asked, Said yes, Paid and Done, Last year's run as nine photographs of students running laps on the track, the Calendar with the shirt logo deadline and the greenhouse site walk, Greenhouse visit as nine photographs of a polycarbonate school greenhouse, Chat with volunteers planning the envelope count, and Seedling count check-ins with the weekly answers from Room 112. Below the cards, External links to the pledge totals, the plant sale preorders and the greenhouse kit quote.

The Sandhill Middle School PTO posts its plan and its news on the Message Board and splits the fun run, the plant sale and the greenhouse into lists in To-dos, three of them on the progress chart. Three Docs & Files grids hold the seedlings in Room 112, last year's run and a visit to a greenhouse like the one the PTO is buying. Sponsors move from asked to paid on Boards, the shirt deadline and run day are on the Calendar, volunteers settle the details in Chat, and Check-ins asks each week how the seedlings are doing.
