Building a new trail in a park
A new trail is built by a small crew and volunteers, on ground that can turn out softer or rockier than the survey showed. Here a boardwalk is one project: the feet built each day, the crew's chat, progress photos, four build lists and the opening date.
Tamworth County Parks plans the Spruce Hollow boardwalk on the and splits the deep piers, the viewing deck, the finished sections and the opening into four lists in To-dos. Progress photos sit in Docs & Files, the roll test, the county board's vote and the opening walk are on the Calendar, the crew talks through each day in Chat, and Check-ins asks every afternoon how many feet went in.

Avalanche safety courses
An avalanche course needs enough students, two instructors and terrain the snowpack allows on the day, and each of those can change within a week. This project holds course dates and rosters, field day photos, snowpack notes and each guide's plan for the next day.
