Getting a seasonal campaign ready to launch
A seasonal campaign runs for a few weeks, so its photos, mailer, posts and store displays all have to be ready on its first day. This project holds the greenhouse shoot, posts and emails on a board, to-dos for the mailer and displays, and store photos.

Vandermeer Greenhouses posts the campaign plan and the late balsam delivery on the . The greenhouse shoot and the store being dressed sit in two Docs & Files grids. Launch week, the displays and the mailer are three lists in To-dos on the progress chart, each post and email moves from idea to done on Boards, and the emails from the printer and suppliers are kept in a third Docs & Files.

Client work moves in rounds: the studio shows a draft, the client asks for changes, and the next round starts from what was approved. Here one client's job is one project: the client's notes, a to-do list per film, the approved cuts and photos of the sets.

Marketing campaign
A campaign needs its photos, its store displays, its printed pieces and the product itself ready on the same day. Here the campaign is one project: the shoot photos, the display artwork on a board, to-do lists for bottling and launch week, and the print files.

Brand identity refresh
A brand refresh puts one new design on a sign, bags, shelf tags and a website, each with its own maker's proofs. Here the refresh is one project: artwork moving through review on a board, sample photos, suppliers' news, and to-do lists for each piece.
