Setting up a pop-up kitchen for opening night
A pop-up restaurant has a few weeks to pass inspections, fit out a kitchen and settle a menu in someone else's building. This project holds the permit, kitchen and opening night lists, the menu on a board, and photos of the snack bar and the tasting night.
La Lumbre, a family taqueria in Goshen, Indiana, posts the plan, the county's letter and the tasting results on the , and each dish moves from testing to done on Boards. Photos of the drive-in's snack bar and the tasting night sit in two Docs & Files grids, the permits, the kitchen and opening night are three lists in To-dos, and the inspections and opening night are on the Calendar.
