Turning an old building into an indoor farm
An indoor farm has to be built, planted and selling at the same time, and one late delivery can hold up all three. This project holds the build-out board, the harvest, food safety and customer lists, photos of the racks and first cuts, and the delivery dates.
Spenard Greens, an indoor farm in a former Anchorage bowling alley, keeps photos of its racks on the old lanes and of its first cuts in two Docs & Files grids, and its first harvest, food safety and first customers as three lists in To-dos. The trial results, the sign-ups and the seed news go on the , the work on the building moves from Next to Done on Boards, and the inspections, the chef tasting and the first deliveries are on the Calendar.
