Building a surgery suite for horses
Building a surgery suite means installing and testing a table, lights, gas lines and padded stalls while surgeries continue in the old room. This project holds the build's news, a weekly check-in, photos of patients and the new rooms, a board of fixes and four to-do lists.
Cedar Branch Equine Hospital asks everyone on the build one weekly question in Check-ins and keeps photos of its patients and of the new rooms in two Docs & Files grids. Every fix found on a walk-through moves across Boards until it is signed off, the work is four lists in To-dos on the progress chart, and the holds decisions like rope recovery and the news from the site.
