Getting a group ready for a camping trip
A camping trip for several families means booking a site, planning every meal and deciding who brings each piece of shared gear. Here the trip is one project: the bookings, a board of shared gear, lists for food and the night sky, the calendar and site photos.
The Rahimi, Castellanos and Brekke families plan their meteor shower trip on the , from the site booking to what to pack for cold nights. Photos of the site and of the menu's test runs sit in two Docs & Files grids beside the trip plan and the park's rules, each piece of shared gear moves from Need to Borrowing or Bringing on Boards, and three lists in To-dos cover the errands, the food and the night sky. The Calendar holds the gear check and peak night, and the families settle smaller questions in Chat, like who has the third propane bottle.
