Making and selling a new line of products
A new product line has to be tested, made in quantity and priced, often while the first orders arrive. This project holds the seasoning tests, workshop photos, the first restaurant order, the launch to-dos and the dates for delivery and sale day.
Lakehead Cookware keeps photos of its seasoning tests and its workshop in two Docs & Files grids and posts each decision on the . The first restaurant order, the seasoning work and the launch are three lists in To-dos, each a dot on the progress chart. The Calendar holds the oven loads, the delivery and sale day, and the people at the oven and the riveting bench post short updates in Chat.
