Releasing a new version of a mobile app

An app release has to clear beta testing and App Store review by a set date, and one late feature can hold it up. This project holds the scope on the progress chart, beta bugs on a board, field test photos, build posts and a daily check-in.

The Furrow iPhone App 3.0 project in Thicket over a photograph of vegetable rows in a misty field at sunrise: the health flag reading At risk, the release dates and six people, then six cards: the Message Board with the saved card failures on top, What's in 3.0 with four lists on the progress chart, the Beta bugs board with cards in Can reproduce, Fixing and Ready to retest, Field tests as nine photographs of the app in use with farm boxes, the Calendar with a beta call next, and Check-ins with the latest answer to What did you fix or test today.

Furrow scopes swaps, delivery windows, the new checkout and the App Store work as four lists in To-dos, each a dot on the progress chart, and sorts beta bugs on Boards. Field test photos sit in a Docs & Files grid, builds and scope decisions go on the Message Board, the Calendar holds the go or no-go meeting and the App Review date, and Check-ins asks everyone each afternoon what they fixed or tested.
