Shipping version 2 of an app
A relaunch puts new features, open bugs and a release date in front of one team at the same time. This project holds the weekly updates, four build lists on the progress chart, a bug board, the specs and photos from a field test.
Siskin posts what version 2 includes and each week's progress on the and tracks the build as four lists in To-dos, each a dot on the progress chart. Bugs move from Can reproduce to Done on Boards, the specs and tester notes sit in Docs & Files beside a grid of field-test photos, and each new build gets tried on the team's phones in Chat.
