Schedule and Events

Create events and manage your project calendar.

What Is the Schedule?

The Schedule tool gives each project a shared calendar for tracking events, milestones, deadlines, and meetings.

Creating an Event

  1. Open a project with Schedule enabled
  2. Click the Schedule tab
  3. Click New Event or click on a date in the calendar
  4. Fill in the event details:
    • Title — what the event is
    • Date and time — when it happens
    • Description — additional details
    • All day — toggle for full-day events
  5. Click Save

Calendar Views

  • Month view — see the full month at a glance
  • Week view — detailed view of the current week
  • Navigate between months using the arrow buttons

Managing Events

  • Edit — click an event to modify its details
  • Delete — remove events from the calendar
  • Reschedule — change the date or time of an event

Key Dates and Milestones

Use events to mark important milestones:

  • Project deadlines
  • Launch dates
  • Review meetings
  • Team check-ins

All events are visible to project members and help keep everyone aligned on the timeline.
