What Are Message Boards?

Message Boards are where your team posts updates, announcements, and discussions. Unlike chat, messages are organized by topic and designed for longer-form communication.

Posting a Message

Open a project with Messages enabled
Click the Messages tab
Click New Message
Write your message with:
- Title — a clear subject line
- Content — rich text with formatting, links, and lists
Click Post

Rich Text Editing

The message editor supports:

Bold, italic, and ~~strikethrough~~ text
Headings (H1, H2, H3)
Bulleted and numbered lists
Links and inline code
Code blocks
Block quotes

Commenting on Messages

Click on any message to view it
Scroll to the bottom to add a comment
Comments support the same rich text formatting as messages
Team members are notified when someone comments on a message they follow

Organizing Messages

Messages are displayed in reverse chronological order (newest first)
Use the search function to find specific messages
Each message shows the author, date, and comment count
