Team Management

Invite members, manage roles and permissions, and use the team directory.

Managing Your Team

Thicket makes it easy to manage your team with role-based permissions and a people directory.

Inviting Members

  1. Go to Settings > Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Choose a role:
    • Owner — full access including billing and danger zone
    • Admin — manage members, settings, and all content
    • Member — create and edit content in projects
    • Client — limited view access for external collaborators
  5. Send the invitation

Invited users receive an email with a link to join your organization. There are no per-user fees.

People Directory

The People section in the sidebar shows your full team directory:

  • View all organization members
  • See their role, email, and join date
  • Quick access to member profiles
  • Filter and search team members

Groups

Organize team members into groups for easier management:

  1. Go to Settings > Groups
  2. Create a group (e.g., "Engineering", "Design", "Marketing")
  3. Add members to the group
  4. Use groups for bulk notifications and access control
