Free Plan

Starter Plan: $25/month, or $20/month billed annually ($240/year)

• Up to 3 active projects
• Up to 20 people (clients included)
• All project tools
• 10 GB storage
• Full activity history

Pro Plan: $49/month, or $39/month billed annually ($468/year)

• Unlimited projects
• Unlimited team members
• Unlimited guests
• All project tools
• 50 GB storage
• Full activity history
• Email support
• 30-day free trial

Annual billing saves about 20% on either paid plan.

Discounts

Thicket is free for teachers and students using it for classroom work, and 10% off forever for registered 501(c)(3) and CRA charities. See thickethq.com/discounts for who qualifies and how to apply.

Upgrading

1. Go to Admin > Billing (owners only)
2. Choose Starter or Pro, pick monthly or annual billing
3. Enter your payment details in the secure Stripe checkout
4. Your upgrade takes effect immediately

Already subscribed? Use Change Plan on the billing page to switch between Starter and Pro; Stripe prorates the difference automatically. If you switch to a plan with fewer active projects than you're using, you'll choose which projects stay active; the rest are archived, readable, and restorable anytime.

Managing Your Subscription

From Admin > Billing, you can open the billing portal to:

• View your current plan and billing cycle
• Update your payment method
• View invoice history
• Cancel or downgrade your plan

Free Trial

Organizations created on thickethq.com get a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan. During the trial:

• Your organization has Pro capacity: unlimited projects and people, 50 GB of storage, and full activity history
• No credit card is required
• At the end of the trial, you can keep Pro, switch to Starter, or continue on the Free plan
