Signing In and Out

Sign in with your email and password, Google, or Apple, find out how long you stay signed in, and sign out when you are done.

Your Password

Change your Thicket password, reset one you forgot, add a password to a Google or Apple sign-in, and choose one that keeps your account safe.

Two-Factor Authentication

Add an authenticator app to your sign-in, keep recovery codes, and require 2FA for everyone on your account.

Your Profile and Preferences

Change your name, photo, email address, location and status, and choose light or dark mode, your time zone, clock, and first day of the week.

Notification Settings

Choose what Thicket notifies you about, whether it emails you, and when, for your whole account, for each project, and for each discussion.

Out of Office

Let your team know you are away: set the days you are out, see where the OUT badge shows, and clear it when you are back.

My Assignments

See every to-do and card assigned to you across projects, line up what is next, follow up on work you have handed off, and get a Monday summary.

Leaving a Project or an Account

Take yourself off a project you no longer work on, or leave a Thicket account entirely, and learn what happens to your work when you go.
